探索宝贝是源泉学苑开设的专门针对24-36个月大宝宝发展的项目。

我们的历史
Our History

1993年

• 小康之家第一期目录发行。
  Healthy Household issued their first catalog.

• 2007年

• 小康之家搬到平沙。
  Healthy Household moved the company to Pingsha.

• 建立了“小康源泉活动中心”（不对外开放）。
  Founding of “The Fountains” (as a private activity center, not open to the public).

• 2016年一月Janurary

• “小康源泉”改成“源泉学苑”。
  The Fountains’ Chinese name was altered to include “study garden”

• 源泉学苑课后班对外开课。
  The Fountains’ After School program

• 2017年三月March

• 源泉学苑探索中心（全天班）开课。
  The Fountains opened The Discovery Center (day program).

• Cross-cultural Education

• 首先，让孩子们沉浸在地道的英语环境中能确保孩子从第一天开始就形成良好的发音和语法习惯。孩子们会很自然的习得单词而不是通过死记硬背学习。最重要的是，孩子们会很有兴趣学习英语这门第二外语，因为他们觉得这是一件特别舒服的事。

Firstly, our English immersion with native speakers of English ensures that the children will form good pronunciation and grammar habits from day one. Vocabulary will be naturally acquired rather than learned through rote memorization. And most of all, the children will feel very comfortable with and interested in English as their second language.

同时，跨文化教育不仅仅意味着英语和外教。我们希望所有来客通过跟我们工作人员和设施之间的互动也可以有世界多元文化的体验。即无论您是来上课、举办婚礼、或享受开放日的操场，都能有“哇！世界多元文化真是一种美妙而吸引人的体验！”
At the same time, cross-cultural education means more than just English and foreign teachers. Our hope is that by interacting with our people and our facility all our guests will have a cross-cultural experience. So whether you’re here for a class, a wedding, or just enjoying the sports field on one of our Open House days, we want your thought bubble to read, “Wow! What a marvelous and multicultural place our world is!”

Building Healthy Families

无论是参加长期培训项目，短期课程，几个小时的活动，或住在我们院子内，我们的最重要的目标还是协助你的家庭变成更健康、更和谐、更幸福。我们认为家庭式社会最基本的单元，然后父母是孩子第一任也是最重要的老师。我们是父母的搭档，一起帮助孩子全面成长。我们的目标就是通过在源泉学苑的体验，让我们所有的学生，客人，朋友，都会发现你家庭生活变得更好。
Regardless of whether you’re enrolled in one of our long term education programs, a short-term class, an event that only lasts a few hours, or perhaps you live on our campus, our goal is to help your family be more healthy, harmonious, and happy. We recognize the family as the most basic unit of society and we see parents as the first and most important teachers in a child’s life. We see ourselves as partners with parents to train well-rounded children. Our hope is that our students’, guests’, and friends’ experiences at The Fountains will make you a better person to live with at home.

1、工作时间：周一至周五，周六、日双休。

2、入职签订正式的劳动合同，合同期限为两年，试用期为两个月，入职后提供带薪的岗前培训。
